Service Plan

Printer-PMA plus is a twist on a standard maintenance agreement. We begin by cleaning and inspecting the printer, and then give you a written report on the printer condition and any recommendations. Once the printer is in good working order we agree to maintain the printer for 12 months for a flat fee, all parts and 3-hour onsite labor included. Toner, is not included; however we do include fuser assemblies & maintenance kits (assuming it is in good condition upon initial inspection).

On-Site Printronix Service Call Rates

Tech-On-Call provides on-site repair of Printronix printers

On-site service call rate for Printronix printers is only $120 for the first hour on-site. Additional time (if required) is to the next ˝ hour based upon our hourly rate of $120. Mileage rate $.40 per mile port-to-port.

Additional printers is invoiced separately a minimum of 1 hour; as warranty for work perform may vary based upon equipment condition and permitted work by client.

Labor warranty is for a period of 90 days when perform as we specify. Parts warranty is for 1 year for new parts & 6 month for remanufactured printer parts (if applicable).

Maintenance Agreement

We are trained technicians to repair HP LaserJet LaserJet printers. We provide fast on-site response in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee.

An annual Maintenance Support Agreement governs the servicing of equipment to ensure it is maintained according to manufacturer's operating standards.

We lock you in your price for 3-years. The maintenance agreement is for one year. Some companies will bid the contract low and then the next year increase the price 10-15 %. Our prices will stay the same for 3-years. Some companies also exclude maintenance kits and other parts and don't tell you until after you have signed the agreement. Our agreements include all parts and labor.

Laser Printers Agreement provides for:

Repair and/or replacement of basic system parts up to 60% of current market value of the unit. Toner cartridges can be added to agreement with considerable saving....

Tech-On-Call covers the cost of maintenance kits under our Annual Maintenance Agreement.
